One of the most common design dilemmas, I get asked this all the time. Here are a few ideas to help you style the space like a pro.
1. THE BOOKWORM
An adjustable reading lamp over one side of the sofa, offset with some artwork for balance.
2. THE ARTIST
A simply gallery wall full of pieces that make you happy. I often get asked about framing. The only situation I would ever advise going for more than one type/ colour frame would be if you're trying to create a really maximalist, bold, colourful scheme. Otherwise, stick to the same colour and material.
3. THE PROUD PARENT
Add a trio of family prints for a personal touch. Personally I opt for black & white oversized prints for a more minimal look.
4. THE MINIMALIST
Neutral, oversized, textured art prints will add a feature to the wall without overpowering a space. Simple beauty.
5. THE SHELFIE LOVER
Narrow picture ledges adorned with art, trays, candles, objects, hanging plants - whatever the heart desires!
