We transformed a dark and dated villa into a bright and airy sanctuary for a busy family of five.

 

By extending at the back of the house, creating a new open-plan layout inside, and enlarging windows and doors, we have brought the ultimate accessory in… natural light. It bathes the soft and serene interior made up of a palette of neutrals and organic materials.

 

A soft oak floor, heavy linens, antique coffee table and authentic zellige tiles add texture to the space. Brass hardware brings warmth. Olive accents add a touch of earthiness.
